Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of petechie, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't worry about it. It is not medical emergency.
2. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 3 months.
3. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily.
4. Other treatment options are oral calcium dobisilate, multivitamins taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
