Does The Polycystic Ovaries Cause Abdominal Cramps And White Discharge?

My name is jency and in November 2013 I had ectopic pregnancy and they done right salphigectomy...... In February I done HSG & ultrasonography and the findings are a) polycystic ovaries
b) bicournuate uterus
c) mild renal calculi in the upper callus of right kidney
my left ovary seems to be normal.And now my Lmp is 4th feb 2014 .18th day of my menstrual cyle we had sexual intercourse.On 20th day I had a very little black brown discharge..on 33rd day I had abdominal cramp as like of menstruation and dirty white vaginal discharge........Is the bcos of polycyst or of pregnancy ....please reply me soon

Hi jancy, i would like to know about your periodic cycle and that if you have history of delayed periods. There symptoms can be due to pregnancy looking at your details provided so far. Get a urine pregnancy test done and if positive consult a gynecologist and if negative wait for periods.

Polycystic ovaries usually cause dirty brown discharge when withdrawal or breakthrough is seen, but, white discharge does not usually happen. In view of your past history, I would suggest a trans-vaginal sonogram along with a blood test for detecting the levels of serum beta-hCG titres to exclude/confirm pregnancy or otherwise. This will usually clarify the issue and help in further management. Please see a specialist for further appraisal of the situation. Hope this helps.
