Does There Interact: Escitalopram Oxalate, Trazo-done, Bupropion Hydrochloride & Hydroco/acetaminop?

HI, I have been taking: Escitalopram oxalate 10 mg in the morning and trazo-done 50mg (but I break them in half) at night. After 7 weeks my doctor prescribed Bupropion hydrochloride extended-release (XL) 150 mg to take in the morning. I took Bupropion 2 day in a row then stopped, because I injured my ankle and was given a 2 week supply of Hydroco/acetaminop 325mg (which I also only take half every 6 hours). I m a little (a lot) concerned about the interactions between all the drugs. what should I take or not take? Also, I m a moderate social drinker. Should I not drink while taking any of these medications. Thanks.

Hello! I read your question and understand your concern. You have not specified the diagnosis or condition for which yo're taking this medication. Three of the drugs you mentioned in your question are antidepressants. But each of them has a different mechanism of action from the other. Any way interactions are found between them. Escitalopram and trazodone increase the toxicity of bupropion, their combined use should be avoided. Both escitalopram and trazodone increase serotonin levels and the risk of serotonin syndrome which may have different symptoms like headache, agitation, high blood pressure and temperature, high heart rate frequency.Sedation may be increased by the intake of hydrocodone and trazodone.
You should see a doctor as soon as possible, in the meantime use only one of the antidepressants, i would say escitalopram, and avoid the use of alcohol.
I hope i have been of help.
