Does Tiredness With High Bp Suggest Hypotension?

My blood pressure is 84/54 pulse 77. I m tired but other than that I feel fine.I took 5 mg lisinopril this morning because my BP was 130/85 which my doctor instructed me to do if and when it goes over 130. I m a diabetic for 41 years and not sure if hypotension is related to the cause. What should I do?

hi,
Hypotension and high bp(hypertension) are exactly opposite condition,
Hypotension- low bp
Hypertension- high bp.
In many patient with tiredness
I rule out anemia,hypothyroidism,
by doing blood test,
If you feel tiredness after taking antihypertensive, then it may be due to hypotension,
For this complete physical examination is needed, along with blood test,so I recommend you to visit physician and get Hus opinion hope this information helps.
