Does Total Knee Replacement Cause Permanent Stiffness And Pain?

I had a total right knee replacement on May 1st, 2014. I am getting frustrated because of pain and not getting past 110 in therapy. I am always very stiff and don t have a clue how all of this ends up. I have confidence in my surgeon and therapist, yet can t get past sensing defeat and don t know if this is usual. I read online about people who have had this operation and are still in stiffness and pain. Is there any way you can give me help or suggestions. Thank you..... Luann
