Does Traces Of Ketone And Occult Blood In Urine Cause Pain?
intense pressure and pain with urination I am also having pelvic pain that sometimes feels like it radiates to back or back to pelvic, not sure
....tests for std, uti and anything gynelogically speaking is clear.ultra sound on pelvic area looked fine.

Seems to be calculus in urinary tract with some systemic involvement (as diabetes or other).
Narrated here is ultrasound of pelvic area but what about kidney, ureter status, any calculus in this region can give rise to similar pain with occult blood in urine.
In our clinic we recommend to undertake fasting blood sugar, serum creatinine, platelet counts, urine culture, and clotting parameters to evaluate systemic cause of the same.
