Hi I am 29 year old and have four kids , my question is I am breastfeeding now and I did my Tubal ligation 4 months ago my problem is every time a have sex is painful for me an my husband and sometimes I get itching too. is this because of thetubal ligation

The pain for both the partners in sex appears to be typical of veginismus. Usually happen due to the result of the infection.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms fluconazole, ofloxacin, ornidazole, and hematinics, preferably for both and to avoid sex for few days.
