Hi,

Your bilirubin level also high along with high GGT. So it could be due to cholestasis or some form of bile duct infection. You can be prescribed Udiliv tablet for your condition.

I suggest you investigate further with ultrasonography abdomen and MRCP like investigation for further work up.
