When i consult at 2011 with a doctor he told it is GERD. When i done UGI endoscopy he told there are 2-3 ulcers on my stomach also duodenal erosion in the stomach.Taken Esomeprazole .At the present days i felt stomachache and done UGIendoscopy again and saw ulcers again. Taking Pantocid HP. My problem is for past 2-3 weeks i feel severe back pain everyday morning in the bed, after getting up 1-2 hour it disappears. It is difficult to get motion in toilet. i changed my bet 3 times. the problem exists. Can you please help me?
Peptic ulcer does not cause either back pain or fever. Upper middle abdominal pain along with nausea and vomiting are the most characteristic symptoms. Back pain can be caused by gallstones (the pain appears after fatty foods), urinary tract infection (frequent urinating, burning while urinating should be present) or spine disc problems. I suggest you to have blood work, urine analysis abdominal ultrasound done at first. If this tests will be negative, you should consult orthopedist and consider spine MRI.
Hope this will help. Regards.
