I had a positive pregnancy 3 weeks ago.. but last saturday i took a ultrasound Transvaginal UTZ? and the impression is normal sized retroverted uterus with proliferative phase endometrium bilateral polycystic ovaries.. Im a pcos patient..can i ask if am i possible pregnant??thanks for your answer
Yes,pregnancy in possible in patients with PCOS. Most of the cases are managed conservatively by medicines. Report doesn't mention about G-sac.It is a sign of pregnancy. If it is not mentioned in report,it can be assumed that uterine cavity is empty. It would be better to talk to your radiologist. Hope i have answered your query.
