Does Unprotected Anal Intercourse Cause Any Disease Or Infection?

Hello, I am a male and i am in a relationship with a girl and we took each others virginity, so we have no STD's. She is on a oral contreceptive but we rarely have vaginal sex. Lately we have been taking part in unprotected anal sex. Its very enjoyable and we both would like to continue doing so. My concern is that can i get a disease or serious infection from it? or something that could possibly cause infertility or cancer? and i'm also concerned about her. Can she get anal cancer from it?

Hi dear,
Thank you for your query.

From unprotected anal sex you got infection as anus is most vulnerable site for infection.
so if possible use condom.
Also with anal sex your female partner has pain and bleeding as it is not as relaxed as vagina and there is no lubricants is there so sexual activity is not smooth as vaginal sex.
so use artificial lubricants for smoother sexual activity.
As due to rough sexual activity female partner may hurt and has anal problem like fissure, piles or any other infection.
Thank you
