Does Uterus Lining Being Thick Mean Onset Of Menopause?
I am 49 yrs and always been having regular 27 days cycle mentruation. Last 2 months i missed my periods. No pregnancy. I do regular yoga. My ultrasound report says my uterus lining is a bit thick - 18.9 mm. Rest all is ok. I assume my menopause has begun. Any suggestions?

after menopause, physicians usually advise hormone replacement therapy (HRT) which involves administration of synthetic estrogen and progesterone to alleviate menopausal symptoms. don't worry you will be okay, its part of life.
