Does Viral Infection Cause Extreme Back Pain And Puffy Eyes?

I ve been fighting a virus and thought I was getting better but I was woken by extreme back pain and my eyes are extremely puffy Ive been fighting a virus and thought I was getting better, but I was woken by extreme back pain and my eyes are very puffy.

Hi thanks for asking question.

Noted you have mentioned viral infection.
It might be viral sore throat like condition.
Along with viral conjunctivitis might be there that can lead puffy eyes....

Here you have to do symptomatic treatment...

Rest done with take decongestent like oxymetazoline.
Antiinflammatory drug like chlorpheniremin useful....
Steam inhalation done....
Humidifier also useful....

If inflammatory swelling turbinated more then short term steroid can be used.
Like fluticasone spray....

Back pain here yes because of viral infection as it can lead back pain as constitutional symptom...
