Does Viral Infection Cause Irregular Periods?
Hi Doctor, I am 28 f, I am suffering from irregular periods from last 4 months.I was suffering from viral 4 months ago.Do this viral is the reason of irregular period or something else. periods are on proper time but it is just a small black spot and my 4-5 kg weight increased in these 4 months. I used to do proper exercise and I always have a proper diet.But still i am unable to control my weight. Please suggest me what I have to do. ???
