my father had microlaryngeal surgery last month for bilateral vocal cord keratosis. result we got is severe dysplasia &went for review today.vlscopy done.diagnosis is right vocalcord nodule&left vocalcord keratosis &mild throat infection.he is given antibiotic&bevon to come for a review after one month my query is does he need surgery again ? will it be cancerous?
