Does Weight Gain, Lower Back Pain And Numbness In Hands Indicate Low Testosterone?

I have a few symptoms that I d like to ask you about. I have lower back pain, chronically tired during the day, one or two naps a day if I m at home, weight GAIN, no energy, numb hands when I sleep, stomach issues, I m pretty sure I have sleep apnea. I m 49 years old. Sounds like I m falling apart, right? lol Do you think this could be symptoms of low testosterone? Among other things. -B

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome.

No direct symptoms of low testosterone are present but anemia, vitamin B12 or other nutrient deficiencies, dehydration, etc; are some of the possibilities that may need to be ruled out/confirmed to help you.

Best wishes.
