Suggest Treatment For Testosterone Deficiency And Lower Back Pain
Hello. I had undergone some blood tests recently wherein found to have low testosterone & good cholesterol (hdl) was on low. I get headaches at least once a week & feel neck pain due to tiredness which results into headache mostly. My lower back pains a lot. I can t hold ejaculation long. Is there any medicine you can suggest for increasing testosterone, reduce lower back ache & increase energy level. My height is 175cms, weight 75kgs.
As you can not sustain your erection long with general fatigue, low back pain, it seems clinical manifestations of testosterone deficiency. The treatment protocols depend upon the level of deficit as minor deficiency can be treated with oral medications while severe deficiency can be managed with injection of testosterone as well.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
