Does White Phlegm When Coughing Indicate Lung Cancer?
I had a bad cold about 20 days ago and now all the symptoms are gone except I am still coughing and feel shortness of breath. I am not coughing at night when I am sleeping. Sometime when I cough, nothing come out and sometime white phelgm come out. I am very scare if this can be lung cancer.

Since you are coughing white phlegm most probably u are having chest infection.
I would advise a week course of antibiotic amoxicillin and clavulanic acid in your case.
If the cough still persist after completion of the course then u need to do a CT scan of chest with contrast.
