Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern
I need to know why are you getting your GFR tested?
I would be able to comment if i have following investigations :
1. Serum Creatinine
2. Urine routine and microscopy.

You may have variation in GFR, Yoga is unlikely to effect it.

Review with the reports

If you have any further query, you may please ask me.
