Hi,
As per USG report 13 months bac you were diagnosed to have grade 1 prostatomegaly 13 months ago with insignificant residual volume.
Right now you are having other problems like left sided abdominal pain and weakness after toilet and pain also in left pelvic bone and testicles.

For a basic investigation I would suggest that you repeat the USG once more and also get Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) test done. Then you may please visit your doctor with both reports and he will be in a position to guide you further. Surprisingly in your question, you have not mentioned anything about difficulty or increased frequency in passing urine, whcic are commonly seen in prostatomegaly.
