Done Blood Tests, MCH, CBC, MCV, Platelet Count, RBC Width, Mean HB Concentration. Advice?
MCH us 32.2 fasting what does this mean,this was the results of actual test. CBC WBC: 6.6 thou/uL (3.9-10.7) Hemoglobin Blood: 13.3 g/dL (11.8-16.0) PCV BLOOD: 40 % (36-43) PLATELET COUNT: 296 thou/uL (135-371) Red Blood Cells: 4.13 mil/uL (4.00-5.50) MCV: 96 fL (81-98) MCH: 32.2* pg (27.0-32.0) Mean Corpuscle Hemoglobin Concentration: 33.5 g/dL (31.0-35.0) RDWSD: 45.4 fL (37.4-52.4) Red Blood Cells Width Distribution: 13.0 % (11.1-14.3)

Firstly, your Hemoglobin level , PCV, MCV, MCHC all are within normal limit.Now, a mild increase in MCH does not have any significance.
Because if there was any abnormality, then, the other parameters should also change according to the disease condition.
So, the report therefore is quite ok.
You need not to take any medication.
