Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding your problem as you said that you have been operated two times for your septal deviation, on second time part of soft tissue of turbinate is also been removed. unfortunately you are in the mist of same problem.

As you said that your left eye is somewhat bulging and left cheek bone is painful. Your this complaint is very significant and indicate to look for something in left maxillary sinus. You are advice to go for these investigations-
(1) M.R.I. of paranasal sinuses.
(2) M.R.I. of left orbit.
(3) Diagnostic nasal endoscopy.
By this way one can reach to a primary pathology which in turn give rise to nasal obstruction and may give rise to secondary deviation of nasal septum. Thus by radical treatment of basic disease can be plan for treatment.

Hope this will help you

With Regards.
