Turbid appearance means that the urine was not clear which is what is considered normal.

Ketones are usually present in the urine when the body is not getting enough carbohydrates to use as energy or is unable to use the carbohydrates it is getting. AS a result,it starts to break down fat, ketones are formed as a result of fat breakdown.

The presence of nitrites and leukocytes may indicate that you have an urinary tract infection.

The analysis by microscope also showed white blood cells which may also point to an infection.There is no blood in the sample but bacteria was seen.
