Double Vision In Right Eye, Upper Right Quarter Of Head From Cheek Bone To Ear Numb And Painful. Sinus Pressure ?

i had an episode on Sunday where the vision in my right eye began to see double as if my eye was being squished. It lasted for about 5 minutes and now I m left with the upper quarter of my right side of my head from cheek bone to ear and to the top of my head as numb, tingly and painful. Can sinus pressure cause this?

I have gone through your query regarding about your right sided frontal headache and double vision from your right eye.You are also having numbness and tingling over right cheek area anterior to ear.
All these features indicating as there is pressure over orbit. This can be possible if there is any space occupying lesion in nearby sinuses, to rule out this suspicion you do your X-Ray paranasal sinuses ,and if any such pathology found than specialist care will be necessary to save the vision and correct the sinus.
