Dr. Im 22year old female.taking medication anti-tb treatment for psuas abcesses.the medication schedule for 9months long..im in 5th month completed the 3months invasive dose i.e Akurit-3. now i take R-cinex..But im facing severe hair loss..hand full of hair around 200 strands run away in shower.my dermatologist prescribed me wid morr f 3% tropical applicatn once daily.but im really worried abt finasteride tat it have.. will it cause me some hormonal imbalance..or excessive unnecessary hair growth ?
