Dry Cough, Sore Rib Muscles, Running Nose And Headache
39yrs F 150lbs 5 6 . Week one dry chest cough: Effect: very sore feather rib muscles and pressure headaches: week two chest cough plus stuffed nose Effect: constant blowing of the nose mucus bright yellow/lime green Week three still have the cough and now I can feel things rumble in my chest, nose is stuff and now when I blow my nose I hear a squeak that lasts a few seconds. Is this no longer and every day cold and need something more than over the counter medicine?

It seems that the minor cough and cold you had has affected your chest too It could be a viral with a superadded bacterial infection. Steam inhalation, nasal decongestants and systemic antibiotics are recommended to take care of your symptoms. OTC drugs might not cause full recovery.
