Dull Ache In Head, Stiff Neck, Feeling Of Wearing Helmet All The Time. History Of Hit On Top Of Head. Serious?

I hit my head really hard on a 5th wheel trailer. I hit it on the top of my head, knocking me to the ground. Jaring my neck and shoulders. I have a dull ache in my head, my neck is stiff. I feel like i have a helmet on all of the time. It has been 24 hrs. Not sure if i should see a doctor or not. I am a 39 year old male

off course u should see a orthopaedic
it's due to injury to your cervical spine
could be a fractured facet joint
xray and MRI of the cervical spine is recommended
