Dull Pain On Left Chest, Occasional Heartburn, Pins And Needles Depending On Sitting Position. Remedy?

Hey I feel a dull ache in my left chest situated Near the bottom of the sternum my shoulder and lower back hip and upper shoulder seem to have some discomfort bubbling in chest and occasionally heartburn also pins and needles left arm sometimes my legs or bum depending on how I sit a muscular radiant feeling lower back hips helo ?

Hi, it appears to be the gastric irritation due to the hyperacidity or ulcer. Of course there is a possibility of the cardiac involvement.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment, and to exclude cardiac involvement.
Rest of the symptoms could be due to the muscular involvement due to spondylosis. You may consult an orthopedic surgeon if you still have the difficulty. Thank you.
