if during the actual heart attack if you think about aspirin, sure you can take it... but it will not do any good. The best time to take aspirin is before any heart attack over a period of time. Most heart attacks are due to clogging of the arteries. Taking aspirin only thins the blood. If your arteries are clogged no blood is passing anyway. Get a check up and discuss it with your doctor.
