hi , iam male 30 years of age and married. i am always in secure on my size. when it is flaccid it is only 2.4 inches and when erected it is 5.2 inches. i have many visible nerves . i am circumcised. when i try penetrating my wife , my penis feel some minor pain and discomfort. i also have hypos padias.

my question is 1) any way to enlarge my penis and testicles. how to increase my libido and non visibility of veins

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem in penetrating vagina during intercourse and has doubt about the size of your penis,
The penis of a length of 2.4inches in flaccid state and 5.2 inches on erection is well within normal range and not to be worried about.
There is no medicine that can increase the length of penis.
Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
