ECG Reports "incomplete Right Bundle Branch Block". Next Month, "normal Sinus Rhythm, Sinus Arrhythmia, St-t Wave Abnormality"
I had an ECG done 11/9/13 at 1030am and it showed "incomplete right bundle branch block" had another one 11/10/13 11pm and it showed "normal sinus rhythm w/ sinus arrythmia and nonspecific st and t wave abnormality" I am 26 female and have normal to lower normal blood pressure, pulse is between 72-95 bpm most days and never had any other heart/chest problems--- until I had a head/chest cold 6-7 weeks ago. I never saw a dr about being sick but started noticing shoetness of breath during the cold and feeling winded just talking or walking. 2 weeks ago off and on randomly throughout the day I keep having sharp chest pains mid to right of my chest mainly; but also other places and sometimes the back as well. Are the 2 ecgs meaning the same thing? I also have anxiety and panic attacks but haven't been under stress lately or had a reason for anxiety until right now.
Your symptoms are most likely due to anxiety and panic attacks. At the age of 26, it is uncommon to find cardiac problems. Anyway, in your case, ECG findings are non-specific and do not represent any serious cardiac problems.
I hope it helps.
