ECG Showed Non-specific QRS Widening With A NSR. Is There Anything To This Interpretation?
I had an ECG done at a PAs the other day. I m a paramedic. The 12 lead they gave me shows a computer interpretation of non specific QRS widening with a NSR at 77. I feel the new tech placed the leads wrong. Is there anything to this interpretation? I have no cardiac Hx and have never heard of wide qrs complexes being a problem with muscular dystrophy or a tachycardic rate.

Hi..
dont worry..If you are asymptomatic.
These computerised reporting is not reliable, wide QRS itself is not sufficient, it is the duration of QRS and associated pattern like RBBB or LBBB that matters
Either you can consult some physician regarding ECG finding
