ECG Shows Intra Atrial Confuctio Delay, Orxial Disturbance. What Does This Mean?

I've always been bradycardic, typically between 50-60/bpm. In the last couple of years, I've been told I have a murmur, but not significant. This year's ECG showed intra-atrial conduction delay (102 ms), moderate right-per cordial repolarization disturbance-consider feminine pattern (442/445 ms), negative T in V2 (61/3646 deg), with a small negative T in V3. Can you explain?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I think your main concern would be on bradycardia and not to know the electro-physiology of heart, you can find it out even much better and in detail from other sources, as family physician I advise my patient in such situation to pay attention on bradycardia, I educate my patient for further work up, you can not take it as normal, it really need further cardiac evaluation, and it is just important for you to know the reality, instead of knowing it academically and that may not be easy to understand for you, take care of your heart, see the cardiologist have word with him, I will be here to help you, have nice day.
