Dear friend, welcome to HCM!

The Echo report shows some concentric hypertrophy- increased thickness of the heart chamber.
It commonly happens in long standing high blood pressure and with advancing age.
rest all is normal and the stress test shows no blood supply deficit during stress. So a negative stress test!

So no need to worry.
Importance of LVH can be commented on if we know your age, sex, history of BP and symptoms if any.

Take care and please keep me informed of your progress.
Good Luck!
I hope to have answered your query satisfactorily.
Thank you!

Hi.. Except for left ventricular hypertrophy , rest of the cardiac function tests are suggestive of normal...
The concentric left ventricular hypertrophy means there is increased thickness in the wall of the left ventricle... for more details you can consult the cardiologist...

Take care..
