Hi Sukritv,
Thanks for writing your query.

It will be helpful if you give more details about your headache like whether they are associated with vision or hearing problems or whether they are increased by bright lights or loud sounds?

Headache can be associated with flu or viral fever.
Single sided headache is commonly indicative of Migraine headaches. You should get yourself clinically examined and investigated for proper management.

Migraine is triggered by some factors like :-
1. Lack of sleep.
2. Avoiding a meal.
3. Physical/emotional stress.
4. Dairy products.
5. Foods containing MSG.
6. During menstural periods in females.

You can judge which factors are triggering your attacks and try to avoid them.
You can take Paracetamol 500 mg along with Domperidone 10 mg for relief from your symptoms.
If the problem persists, get medical attention.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
