Ear Pain When Having Cold Or Stomach Disorder, Hard Throat, Sensation Of Something Stuck. Cure?

I am 30 years old. I had problem with right ear. It pains if i got little cold or if i got acidity or some stomach disorder.
same time my right throat is hard and i can feel like something struct. Sometime it came to normal. If i smoke i also get same with throat. sometime its irritates me. Please tell me some medicine to cure. Please ask me for any further details.

Hi,

First you need to stop smoking. The symptoms you describe could be due to gastritis due to smoking and resultant acid reflux. The ear pain is a common feature when some one has cold; but there are multiple symptoms of ear and throat which can only be found out after thorough examination. Visit an ENT specialst.
