Ear Problem, Using Device, Hearing Noise In Head. Suggestion?

Hi Sir My mother is 55 years old, similar to the below problem, she also have been experiencing the same like, she hear a noise inside my head comming from all the ends some time left , some time right, usually likened to an explosion, roar, gunshot, door slamming, loud voices or screams, a ringing noise (buzzing). Contacted many doctors,they suggested a year device, she is been using that since a month, but no result yet. Her left ear is completely not audible and on right ear she uses the device, some time she feel like, no more hopes in life because of this, i see some somments in internet, seems no solution for this, kindly request you people suggest me some thing on this and save our life:( Thanks
