Echoing In Ears, Sore Ribs After Injury And Scalp Abrasion. How Long Will This Last?
After suffering an injury and abrasion to the scalp three days ago, I am suffering from echoing in my ears and sore ribs. I fell flat on my back and was unconscious for about 30-45 seconds. I was diagnosed with an abrasion and CT scans and x-rays did not indicate any brain, neck or back injuries. How long will this echoing last?

I think if every thing fine and CT scan is also normal then no need to worry, these symptoms will resolve in 3 weeks, but if you have any episode of nasal or ear bleeds then better to go to the consulting ENT surgeon. Thanks
