Prevention of contact with the allergen or the triggering factor is the best option of managing eczema. Avoid harsh soaps and detergents. Do not expose your body to sudden changes in temperature. The emollient Centraben you are using helps to moisturize the skin and will help in eczema. Modrasone is Alclometasone, a topical steroid preparation to prevent the immunological response. If that is not helpful, then you can try tab.Levocetrizine, an anti histamine to reduce the itching.
