i have extreme edema in my left leg and foot.why just one leg and foot my hands are not swollen but i wheeze some and breathing is slightly difficult at times it also hurts my leg and foot i am taking 20 mg lasix but it doesnt help i do need a knee replacement have had a partiel many years ago but now need a total i have since had a muscle biopsy to see if i had polymyocitis like my mom had and found i had muscle atrophy so im afraid i cant recover i am 60 and weigh 256 lbs female you younger mds read my moms case history double dosed on coumadin returned to hosp put on vent lator to have vent removed and it placed in neck bovie touhed tube oxygen fire in or and my mother died
