Elaborate On Eosinophilia And Measures To Control It

HI Doctor,My age is 25 years,since three months i am suffering with the throught infection, So three months back i went to the doctor and he send me to the lab for blood test. the report contians the results of LYMPHOCYTES -41 % EOSINOPHILLS -07 %, MONOCYTES -2%, ABSOLUTE EOSINOPHILIA COUNT (AEC)-640 cells/cumm.Then he gave a medicine ZINOPHILLS tab for one month,But still the problem persists same. This is third month since three months i am suffering with throught infection, Now along with this i am having acne on my face continously form 30 days i think acne is also the symptom of Eosinophilia... ( guess ??)recently i met another doctor, for the same problem and same reason and he gave a medicine for this infection that is MONTEK Tab.could you please suggest me what is my exact problem?what is eosinophilia ?Is eosinophilia is serious disease ?how to control my AEC to normal values ?And suggest me the best medicine for this or shall i continue Montek or Zinofills tab...

Eosinophils are the cells involved in immune regulation in certain allergic disorders and parasitic infestation...
Allergic for e.g. allergic rhinitis, upper respiratory tract infection, allergic skin disease, asthama and many other allergic disorders
Parasites may be for e.g. filariasis, GIT parasites and any other parasites....
Now looking your history...you may have allergic kind of problem...
I think you should evaluate...you are allergic to particular things....
Go for allergic profile if significant history......and...treatment according to anti allergic drugs along with avoidance of allergens....Or go through...few tests for parsites if significant history...

And want to tel you apart from allergic respiratory disease like acute asthama....allergy...not life threatening....
Your AEC will come down as your problem improves....
