Elevated Liver Enzymes During Pregnancy. Normal Ultrasound Reports. What Is Wrong?

Hi im pregnant 8 months my liver enzymes are high alt346 ast is 177 everything else is normal ultrasound was normal of liver and kidney . Was taking tylenol alot but stopped a week ago n still were rising from 119 to 195 to 258 to 272 to 346 less than a week please help im so scared worried out my mind all other test that can cause this wrre nirmal n negative

Hello,
It is possible for alkaline phosphatase to rise in pregnancy but not AST and ALT.
AST and ALT doesn't rise in pregnancy and if they are high,it could mean a dangerous thing.
There are several causes for it,like..
Per eclampsia,onset of high blood pressure,proteins in urine,HELLP syndrome,viral hepatitis A,B and C etc.
You must consult your doctor and try to find the cause and it's treatment as early as possible.
