Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You are having underactive Thyroid that is Hypothyroidism,as your TSH level is high 10.2 , usually this causes swelling all over body ,voice change to husky, cold intolerance.
You should certainly visit a Internal medicine specialist/Endocrinologist and once after examination if required other test like anti TPO,anti thyroglobulin, and Lipid profile may be done.
If there is any mass or swelling in Thyroid area ultrasonography of Thyroid can be done.
Treatment is simple which is supplementation of Thyroxine which is started in low dose and can be titrated according to value of TSH.
I can not comment about homeopathic medicine.
Please remember this is treatable condition and do not waste time here and there.
Take care
Good Luck

Hello Sunitha,
Increased TSH and low T3/T4 suggestive of hypothyroidism, which usually associated with non pitting leg edema, constipation, cold intolerance etc. For definitive treatment of hypothyroid you need to be supplimented with levothyroxine. Consult Physician regarding this.
Thank you

Helo dear
First we should look,at your labs a high TSH means your t4 and t3 should be low so its hypothyroidism ,,,you say t3and t4 are normal i would advice you three constant samples on same time each day
Next perform thyroid auto antibodies because this condition mostly occur in sub clinical hypothyroidismalso check cholestrol and triglyceride they are also elevated
Ldh may be increased
Normochromic normocytic anemia can also occur
Regarding therapy take allopathic medicined other drugs have steroids
Stay blessed
