Endometrium Is Hyperechoic With Subendomentrial. Had D And C. On Tamoxifen. What Is Recommended?

I am on tamoxifen for early breast CA, for more than a year now. In december 2012, i had a D&C as my endom lining was at 1.5cm. When submitted for biopsy, result was simple hylerplasia without atypia.
I had my repeat monitoring TVS 3days ago, and my endometial lining was at 2.9cm and it says that my endometrium is hyperechoic with intact subendometrial halo. What does this mean?
Am i at risk of uterine CA ? (as its only 4months from my D&C but now my lining is 2.9cm
I will appreciate your letting me nderstand all of these .. Thank you.
And yes, The obgyn recommends hysterectomy.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The reports you have mentioned are not suggestive of any cancerous change in the endometrium. The hyperplasia is related to hormonal imbalance. There is no need to worry.
