Endoscopy Showed Gastritis Erosion And Now Have Acid Reflux. Taking Acid Fix Syrup, Hard To Swallow. Suggest?

I am muruganantham from Singapore. my native is thanjavur I had treatment by you. You make endoscopy the result is GASTRITIS EROSION, now I more suffered by this acid reflux, I cant eat well and change my food style also. please refer the medicines for me It would be a great help.
still I continue acid fix syrup but the problem is persist it affect my throat also. I feel hard to swallow even saliva. I f possible please give me your contact number. Thank you.

From the details provided, I think you have GERD (gastro-esophageal-reflux-disease); other remote possibility - Hiatus hernia.
If I had been your treating doctor, I would have recommended a 10-14 days' course of anti-H.pylori therapy; followed by, 3-6 months of regular PPI's.
Also, a variable course of pro-kinetic agents.
Please consult your treating doctor for the needful.
