Hi,
It is nice to know you are getting back to shape. You have completed almost all the investigations.
Pancreatitis generally affects people who have alcohol addiction, obesity,
gall stones, take fatty food, have LFT positive,
high cholesterol and
triglyceride levels, etc. Your investigation reports are normal. You need not worry.
You should try to maintain a healthy body weight, reduce on fats and lipids, maintain normal triglyceride levels. Take food rich in antioxidants. Eat fruits, veggies, berries, whole wheat and cereals. Quit any kind of addiction like alcohol,
nicotine, caffeine, etc. Exercise and eat home made substantial nutritious food. Stay tension free, keep well hydrated with juice, soup, water. Sleep well.
You should have health check up ( once in six months ) and if you feel your symptoms are not under control. Have a nice day, take care.
