Endovaginal Sonography Showed Anteverted Uterus With Calcified Area, Hyper-echoic Endometrium. Conclusion?

please explain to me these result of my ultra sound ... ENDOVAGINAL SONOGRAPHY REVEALS AN ANTEVERTED UTERUS MEASURING 5.9X4.3X3.7CM WITH A CALCIFIED AREA IN THE ANTERIOR BODY MEASURING 1.5X1.1X1.0 CM. THE ENDOMETRIUM IS HYPERCHOIC MEASURING 1.0 CM IN THICKNESS. THE RIGHT OVARY MEASURES 2.2X1.6X1.0 CM. NO ADNEXAL MASS OR CYST SEEN. NO FLUID SEEN IN THE POSTERIOR CUL DE SAC.

Hi mam
as per your report given your uterus is normal in position but it is having a small mass which you mentioned as calcified area. The Endometrium is moderately thickened indicating fibroid mass in the uterine wall, which makes your cycles irregular and may cause heavy bleeding. you better go for Diagnostic laproscopic test at your Gynic Doctor for further management.

what are your symptoms ? your age? Have you ever had caesarian section or any other procedure related to uterus like DNC?
