Enlarged Heart, High BP, Itchy Skin, Low Immunoglobin. Undergone Treatment For Thyroid Cancer. Are These Related?

I have in the past two years undergone surgery & radioactive iodine treatment for thyroid cancer, developed an enlarged heart, high blood pressure, an almost unbearable itchy skin (especially on my back, neck & scalp) and my immunoglobulin g is low (6.41 g/l to ref range of 7.00 -16.00)...... are these somehow related? I am trying really hard to regain my health and don't know how to go about it....

Thanks for writing to us.
An enlarge heart can be associated with normal pumping or decrease pumping. Both these groups have entirely different causes.
High blood pressure can be associated with enlarged heart. At times enlarge heart has been reported with very high or low thyroid hormone levels as a secondary complication. Need more details to discuss further.
Radiation therapy and itchy skin may be related to each other. Need to see your dermatoloogist.
