Enlarged Prostrate With Bilateral Cysts. Advised Serum PSA. Further Treatment?
my father is 70 years old and suffering from the problem of prostrate glands . scan report is :- prostrate is large in size and weight appx. 97 gms . echopattern is normal. 2-3 cystic area are seen in prostrate ; largest measuring 07mm. post voiding residual urine is appx. 60ml . Impression : B/L renal calyceal cysts with BHP GR-111. advised serum PSA . plz tell me about further treatment. operation is possible .
