Enlarging Abscess In The Arm With High Fever In The Night. After Puss Coming Out Short Breath, Dizziness.

I have an abcess in my arm. It's been getting bigger from the infection in it. I've had it for three days now. Each day I've had a fever of 102.6 the fever breaks every night. Today puss came Out and I'm having shortness of breath, dizziness and when I stand up very lightheaded
